# 1  Wedding Planning and Décor Complete Package

A no headache one flat fee package to take care of all your wedding planning and decor needs for all your events. This package includes all the individual services mentioned below for all the functions being held as part of the wedding. The wedding planner will help the couple every step of the way to ensure their planning journey is totally stress-free and enjoyable. We use the state-of-the-art software to ensure all the planning is organized, stress free and you enjoy being a part of the entire journey without the stress.

In addition, we partner with vendors that are the best in their field and offer special discounts to our clients.


# 2 Wedding Planning

Commences on day-of-hire, Completes on the event day. This includes the month-of-coordinator services as we ensure the entire wedding planning is seen through to successful completion.

(Pricing for vendors will be provided by each individual vendor) 

· Month-to-month guide on tasks to be done

· Manage wedding finances and Overall Budgeting

· Venue selection for all events involved

· Overall Design, color theme, floor plan, and layout

· RSVP management and Seating chart assistance and overall room layout

· Provide multiple options for each Vendor Selection


· Vendor contract assistance

· Hotel room bookings for out-of-town guests


#3 Month-of Coordination

Onboarding will happen 3 months prior to event date.

Includes On-Day Coordinator services for all events. Two planners to assist with the Wedding and Reception events 

· Pre-wedding consultations

· RSVP management

· Seating chart assistance & overall room layout

· A wedding-day timeline

· Timeline for all other events

· Vendor communication

· Rehearsal management

· Help with any last-minute issues

#4 On-day Coordination

Based on your needs you can choose to have two planners or one planner to help on your  big day.

Option1 :

Two Planners - On-day Coordination Services

Onboarding will happen 2 weeks prior to event date

 Two planners to assist with the Wedding Ceremony and Reception events on the day-of the function

· Sessions with the couple to comprehend the couple's day of vision

· A wedding-day timeline

· On-site vendor communication and coordination

· Help with any last-minute issues

· Flawless execution of the event from start to finish

 

Option2:

One Planner - On-Day Coordination Service

Onboarding will happen 2 weeks prior to the event date

We do offer a one planner option for smaller-scale weddings that require coordination within the same venue and day-off execution timeline that we build based on the vendor information from the couple.
