Event Planning and Decor Complete Package

A no headache one flat fee package to take care of all your event planning and decor needs for all your events. This package includes all the individual services mentioned below. The event planner will help you every step of the way to ensure your planning journey is totally stress-free and enjoyable. We use the state-of-the-art software to ensure all the planning is organized, stress free and you enjoy being a part of the entire journey without the stress.

Event Planning

Commences on day of hire, Completes on the event day.

This package pricing includes the below services  

• Full event planning from the day of hire to event day

• Vendor contract assistance

• An Event-day and Rehearsal timeline

• Vendor communication and coordination

• On-day coordination with one planner

• One Makeup artist for the dancer (will help with makeup and attire change)

• Event Signage

• Additional Waitstaff if required

• Overall Design, color theme, floor plan, and layout for the decor
  (Actual Decor price not included here)

Also included - The Planner will help the client with the selection of the below vendors for their event. The price of these services will be provided by each individual vendor 

• Venue selection

• Provide multiple options for each Vendor Selection

  • Brochure design and printing

  • Caterer

  • Lighting and AV requirements

  • Photographer and Videographer

  • Favors and Gifts

  • Guest Transportation and accommodations

• Hotel room bookings for out-of-town guests

• Travel bookings for out-of-town guests

Month-of Coordination

(Onboard 3 months prior to event date)

It is expected that the client has made their vendor selections at this point. We can help with any remaining vendors. The price of those individual vendors is not included in this package.
